Using the tracker

Owned checkbox
Tick when mastered. The item moves to the Completed section at the bottom.
Recipe part boxes
Track individual Foundry parts. Information-only lines (syndicate, quest, etc.) show as plain text.
Prime filter
Show Prime items, Non-Prime items, or both.
Category cards
Click any summary card at the top to filter the table to that category.
Completed section
Collapsed list of everything you've checked off. Uncheck to move it back.
Search & filters
Search matches names, recipes, and resources. Filter by category, mastery rank, or Prime / Non-Prime. Use Needed / All / Owned only to control what appears in the main table vs. the Completed section.
Export
Downloads a save file named like warframe_progress_2026-06-07.json that captures exactly what's checked — every item marked owned, every recipe part gathered, your Legendary Rank, and player name. This is your backup / transfer file. It matters because the tracker remembers checkmarks using browser storage, which is separate for each computer and each browser and can be wiped if browser data is cleared. Clicking Export every so often saves a snapshot you can keep safe, move to another device, or send to someone else (or to update a Google Sheet). Nothing leaves the computer unless you click it.
Import
Opens a file picker so you can choose a previously exported .json save file — and all your checkmarks instantly reappear. Use it to bring your progress to a new laptop or phone, to recover everything after a browser cleanup, or to load a copy someone shared with you. When it finishes it shows a quick confirmation of how many owned items were loaded. Note that importing replaces the checkmarks currently in this browser with the ones in the file.
CSV
Downloads a spreadsheet-friendly file named like warframe_progress_2026-06-07.csv that opens directly in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. It has one row per item with columns for Category, Item, MR, Prime, Owned, and the full Build Recipe — perfect for a quick at-a-glance read or printing. The CSV is for viewing only; to actually save and reload your checkmarks, use the JSON Export and Import buttons.

Faction standing

All syndicates
Six opposing faction pairs plus every neutral syndicate: Ostrons, Quills, Solaris United, Ventkids, Vox Solaris, Entrati, Necraloid, Cavia, Holdfasts, The Hex, Simaris, Conclave, Kahl, Nightcap, and more.
Standing input
Type your current standing from ESC → Syndicates. Each faction uses its own rank names and thresholds.
Group filter
Filter cards by region: Cetus, Fortuna, Deimos, Zariman, Höllvania, or Other.
Opposing pairs
Steel Meridian ↔ Cephalon Suda, Arbiters ↔ Red Veil, Perrin Sequence ↔ New Loka. Neutral factions are independent.
Got checkbox
Mark purchased items. Syndicate weapons also check if marked owned on the Mastery Tracker.
Export / Import
Saves standing and purchased flags. File: warframe_factions_….json.

Sharing progress with someone else

How to pass your checklist to a partner, update a shared Google Sheet, or move saves between devices.

The app vs. your save file
The .html files are the app — same for everyone. Your checkmarks live in your browser (automatically) or in an Export .json file. Import loads that save into whoever opens the site and clicks Import.
One-time setup
Send the zip or the HTML files once. Open index.html and start checking things off — no Import needed on first use.
Share progress with someone else
Click Export on the Tracker (and on Mods or Factions if you use those tabs). Email or message the .json file. They open their copy of the site, click Import, and pick your file — they now see your checkmarks on their screen.
Send changes back
Only needed if they edited your list after importing. They click Export and send the new .json back; you Import it. Import replaces whatever is currently saved in that browser.
You do not re-send the HTML
Progress is in the .json, not inside the HTML files. Re-send HTML only when the app itself was updated (new features or item list changes).
Back up often
Export every so often — browser data can be cleared. Name files by date (e.g. warframe_progress_2026-06-07.json) so you can tell backups apart.
Export files by tab
Tracker: warframe_progress_….json (items, parts, LR, name). Mods: warframe_mods_….json. Factions: warframe_factions_….json (standing + purchased offerings). Export each tab you use.
